Warranty Information
HAECO, warrants all equipment and parts manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends to the original purchaser for a period of one year from ship date of the equipment and must be enforced immediately upon discover of any defect within the scope of this warranty by notifying HAECO in writing. Components manufactured by others will carry that individual manufacturer’s warranty.
Serviced and/or repaired items are covered for a period of 90 days from the service date.
Within the scope of this warrant is the right of HAECO to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any item it determines to be defective after inspection by HAECO or its authorized agent.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:
1) Equipment and parts damaged or worn due to the misuse, negligence, accident or faulty installation, and / or parts that have been tampered with as to impair its normal operation, such as repairs made by unauthorized persons or with parts other than original HAECO parts.
2) Liability for any incidental or consequential expenses to purchaser as a result of damage to property; losses caused by delay; freight; labor; or machine rental in the use of the equipment or parts supplied by HAECO. It is the user’s responsibility for normal upkeep and maintenance of the equipment as well as properly calibrating said equipment.

The forgoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability of fitness for any particular use.
