If you are not satisfied that our products are comparable to the original manufactures product you may return it. Before shipping your return, please fill out our Online RMA Form and include a printed copy of this form along with your return. When filling out the RMA please include the reason for return and why you were not satisfied with the product.

 

If a product you receive has a manufacture defect please fill out our Online RMA Form and include a printed copy of this form along with your return. When filling out the RMA please include the reason for return and state the problem with the product you are returning.

 

For all other returns such as incorrect parts ordered please return unused parts in original packaging within 30 days from date of receipt. Before shipping your return, please fill out our Online RMA Form and include a printed copy of this form along with your return.

 

All products that are made-to-order (typically those with 2 week + lead times) are not eligible for return unless the product has a manufactured defect. The customer is responsible for return shipping.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
