EC-24 Pattern ControllerThe HAECO EC-24 is HAECO's answer to the all in one pattern controller. The EC-24 has 4 independent channels, each with the ability to be independently triggered. With a linear 10-300 Vdc input, the EC-24 can accurately place glue patterns at varying line speeds. Each head group is capable of producing 24 events, 12 of which can be glue events or stitch events. Program security lock, low speed cut-off, and product count are among its many features. The EC-24 can be test fired for purging or pattern testing, and 20 separate programs can be stored in memory. EC-4T Pattern ControllerThe HAECO EC-4T is actually two timers in one, and has speed-tracking capability. Two independent triggers can initiate two separate glue patterns. Each pattern can consist of up to 4 events (2 gaps & 2 glues). In addition, each glue event can be programmed to stitch mode, producing short patterns of glue within a single glue event, saving on adhesive costs. EC-2R Pattern ControllerThe HAECO EC-2R Controller is ideal when a single glue event is required on random length products. It allows the user to set a point from the front edge of the target substrate where the glue should start, then set a point from the back edge of the target substrate where the glue should end, and the glue will be placed between these two points regardless of the length of the substrate. This means no set-up for different length substrates. Once the initial set-up is made for line speed, head compensations and low speed cutoff, patterns are accurately placed regardless of the line speed. |
